The 52 Book Club's Reading Challenge 2022

2022 Build Your Library Reading Challenge

Aloha Relaxation!

Although I have a couple of book reviews scheduled to post in my absence, mostly it's going to be pretty quiet around here. I'll still be reading (just in HAWAII) and I'll get back to regular posting when I return. Have a fabulous week, everybody. Happy reading!
Oh, and if you've been to Oahu (Waikiki and the North Shore, specifically), what are the not-to-be-missed attractions, restaurants, activities? We'd love more suggestons.

Comments make me feel special, so go crazy! Just keep it clean and civil. Feel free to speak your mind (I always do), but be aware that I will delete any offensive comments.
P.S.: Don't panic if your comment doesn't show up right away. I have to approve each one before it posts to prevent spam. It's annoying, but it works!

You must go to Leonard's Bakery for their malasadas. We go just about every day when we are in Hawaii. To die for yum.
ReplyDeleteAnd my rule of thumb is to avoid all the touristy places to eat and eat where the locals eat. My favorite thing about Hawaii is the food!
Have fun!
Diamond Head! And if you can, find a spot to rent some snorkel equipment. The snorkeling is gorgeous there.
ReplyDeleteDo you feel comfortable eating food off the back of a truck? Because I have ShrimpTruck dreams. Garlicky, buttery, cholesteroly mounds of shrimp over rice. On your way to PCC, near Turtle Bay just off the highway. Mmmmm.
ReplyDeleteSnorkeling in Hanauma Bay (I dont' know if that's spelled right.) Have fun!!!
ReplyDeleteSigh! I'm so jealous. Enjoy your vaca.
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful. I've never been to Hawaii but it's one of the places I've always wanted to visit, especially since I started scuba diving.
ReplyDeleteI have no suggestions but have a brilliant time.
