Since I'm Already Stalling ...

... I might as well play along. I'm not sure where this one started, but I first saw it over on my friend Robin's blog. She's an up-and-coming YA novelist, so go on over there and give her a little link love. If you want to play along, please do - and don't forget to leave me a link to your post in the comments. Have fun!

  1. Read LEVIATHAN. Girl dressed as boy falls in love with boy who doesn't know she's a girl. What's not to love?

Also, Kristin Cashore's GRACELING is awesome.

  3. I just posted about this, too. I really liked the Leviathan series (although occasionally it reminded me of the Disney movie, Mulan). I also really liked Flipped. It's a cute, short read.

  4. Leviathan was good but you should definitely read Terry Pratchett's Tiffany Aching series. Six inch tall scottish pictsies. I listened to them on audiobook, had to stop because I kept driving off the road I was laughing so hard.

  5. I've read 61 I think (though not all in a series) + a few I put down after starting. I for the life of me can't figure out who started this list, despite my searches. I think it's really a weird combination of MG, YA, adult, and VERY obscure titles.

  6. I second the Tiffany Aching series! So well done!!!

Comments make me feel special, so go crazy! Just keep it clean and civil. Feel free to speak your mind (I always do), but be aware that I will delete any offensive comments.

P.S.: Don't panic if your comment doesn't show up right away. I have to approve each one before it posts to prevent spam. It's annoying, but it works!
